    This is SOOOO mean. I feel very guilty when i say no, especially if the other party gives me grief about not doing something THEY want me too. *sigh*

    Yep. Learning to say no is a good thing for everyone. You can't do everything for everyone though many of us try.

    Me too! I actually have the opposite problem, I always say no first..lol

    I used to have a problem saying no. Nthen I got sick of being stepped on, and I say no a lot. You can't help everyone
