No for now but these days I go get very tired after doing chaos so am planning on using one
I never can remember but I've taken multi vitamins before.
I have an endocrine issue that requires me to take calcium and vit D daily. I also take multi vitamins. Also D-mannose and cranberry to prevent UTIs.
I take a multi, probiotic, b-12 & primrose oil.
