    I got in pump revolution. No running allowed today. Have to rest for my upcoming race. Will walk a little though.

    25 minutes of high intensity turbofire. 10 min stretch, 10 min foam rolling

    I am currently doing the Brazil Butt Lift and Brazil Butt lift MAster Series hybrid so I am doing one of those workouts today. I thnk Bikini body is on the schedule today! :)

    I did do some planks for like 30 seconds.  Maybe i should try for at least a minute a day.
