    I have such a hard time with this one myself. The thought of food makes me sick when I st wake up. I try to eat something within the 1st 2 hours tho.

    Every time I eat breakfast I end up eating 2xs as much during the day. it always makes me more hungry not less.

    If I don't eat breakfast I am hungry all day long and tend to snack.
