Morning All...
New to the group. I'm a mom with two toddler boys, I've lost 30 lbs on WW but have been stuck in a plateau the last few months. I went off track (not to bad) and my work out routine has been halted do to sick kids, sick mommy & the holidays. I know theres no excuse but UGH!! I need to get my rear in gear!
