Ugh... headache 4 days in a row!

I'm really getting tired of this... I know it's partly hormones and partly due to barometric pressure changes but still... it's getting ridiculous.  :(

I've taken ibuprofen & sudafed but they don't touch it.  I've taken Imotrex, and that works but takes aobut an hour & a half and then when it wears off the headache comes back.  I can't take anything with aspirin and don't have anyone here to help me massage my neck which would help.

Any other ideas to help me get over this week full of headaches?

Have you tried extra vitamin B? Imitrex works on migraines, if it were a migraine, then it wouldn't wear off like that. Maybe it's from sinuses? Hve you tried a decongestant?

Both Dh and I have been having headaches lately too

Glad to hear you're feeling better.  Headaches are miserable.
