    Most places I find myself I would NOT want to be on the floor doing push-ups! LOL. I do find myself doing squats, lunges, ab hold/standing crunches, tricep dips, and a few other things if I can get away with it. It's hard to do lunges in Danskos, though! LOL. You will NOT see me doing push-ups on the floor at a hospital! WAAAAAYYY too many nasty things there!! I have gone for runs on my way out the door (outside of course).
    Even at school, I wouldn't do stuff on the floor. Anything I can do vertically I'm game for! :-)

    I agree.  Floors=germs. Plus, you might get some funny looks.
