    12 minute Jillian Michaels cardio, 11 minute kickboxing video

    Totally unmotivated to workout these days. My anxiety has been terrible for a couple months, so if I tell myself I only have to do a 10 minute video, I can usually get myself to do 2.

    30 minutes on elliptical.

    I lifted for about a half hour. Then 65 minutes on my treadclimber.

    Going to try to get one in later. I have a sick DH and a wild 4yr Im trying to keep quite and its to cold & rainy to go outside.

    I did 10 miles (30 mins) on the stationary bike doing the Random Hill program at level 9.

    Then I did an hour of my TEAM Fitness class.
