LOL! I messed up my day too.  I still have some grapeseed oil in my pantry that i'm now going to get rid of. That's probably why those oils are the cheapest because they are more highly processed.

Hmmmmm,,, the sunflower oil I buy is extra virgin, cold pressed and filtered without the use of chemicals! :o)

It sucks but I can't afford to buy the more expensive oils so it is the cheapy not healthy ones here.  Plus we despise butter it tastes horrible to us so we will be sticking to margarine too.

Too funny,,, I used to HATE the taste of real butter! Not really sure when it changed, but now I can't stand margarine, lol.

I should tell my FIL about this since he swears by grapeseed oil.
