     Nothing so far........ back is still hurting pretty bad.

    I did half of a high intensity interval training video...only about 20 minutes. I just didn't feel like doing the rest...I know it's bad...

    Nope, none today.  My tummy is sore from the pilates i did yesterday.

    Yesterday I took a 45 minute step aerobics class...it was difficult for me to keep up...I'm so uncoordinated!

    Yesterday I did one hour of spin and one hour of BodyCombat.
