I like to cook crockpot chicken, but I always have some leftover. I like to put it in a pasta dish the following day. I have also used it and the broth to make chicken and dumplings. What do you like to do with your leftover chicken?
Throw whatever veggies I have in the crisper into the wok, season with whatever sounds good that day (I've been very much into curry type dishes lately (ˆڡˆ) then add the chicken to warm up when the veggies are done.
