    Quinoa is good but you definitely have to remember to rinse it before using it or it gets an awful taste to it.

    We made the one with the bacon and herb.  I was told I could make it again but not in the regular rotation.

    DH made it and I refused to try it based on appearance alone. I know, I know...I'm a great example. :)

    The texture is similar to couscous and the flavor is more bold and nutty than pasta or rice.
