I joined a gym and I'm going this morning for the first time:) I haven't worked out regularly in months, and my body is feeling it! I've had a lot going on in my personal life...special needs kid, stressful job, and just been in the worst rut ever! NO MORE OF THAT! Time to get off my butt, exercise, and feel better about myself!
Wish me luck ladies! I'm doing some cardio/strength and then taking a Zumba class! I will more than embarrass myself in the Zumba class as I have NO coordination but I'm determined to have fun!
