Set a goal for how many minutes you want to run/workout this month. You can include strengthening/yoga/cross training in this total. Your challenge is to meet or exceed this goal.

3. Accumulate minutes such as: 30/250.
4. Post everytime you work out. Edit your original post to add each workout. That way we can keep them all together! :)
