I am working on a book, and I need some info. I was hoping you ladies could help me out.
How long can a person go without food or drink?
How long can a person sit in their own filth before rashes start to form?
And the others I can't ask because they are most likely TMI for this group.

The basic rule of thumb for a person's survival without air, water or food is the rule of three – 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food.

If you are bedding down for the night were you will be sleeping you need some type of cover or shelter. Exposure will get you when you are not awake or paying attention.
