I don't want to be this way. I don't want to have to take meds to feel okay. :'(

I understand exactly how you feel. I feel I have to go back to taking htem, because not doing so is hurting my family.

I dont like to take meds either. But i know if i dont i will go nuts. lol -
I feel balanced when I take my meds. Very little depression and no panic attacks.

Nobody WANTS to, but the alternative sucks more. I don't want to test my blood sugar and wear an insulin pump or take injections and sometimes it pisses me off that I HAVE to, but I do because the alternative, well, there isn't one really, unless I want to get really sick and then die.
Look at the meds as a tool to help you have a better life.
