I got word from the college. They approved the exception to the withdrawal policy for the September semester. They have cleared my account. It may be too late to enroll for January, but I can still enroll in March with my financial aid. I was so worried they might not approve me, but it was impossible for me to continue the semester after mc on day one of classes especially with that on top of the disabilty. In a way I'm glad I decided to not try to push it with the week long power outage after the hurricane.
