Do your children have grandparents who are active in their lives?

My parents live in the same town so thwy are always around. Dh's mom still lives in Montana but is still very much in the kid's lives. She calls daily, sends boxes of goodies, and we visit up there when we can. -

Dd has grandparents only my mom and dad which are divorced my dad is blind so she can't stay w him alone and my mom only talks to her when it's convenient !! We haven't had a day away or night or few hours in over 2 years -
By phone yes.
My Dad lives in NY and its getting to hard for him to travel. He will be 85 soon.

My Mom is very active. My in laws are not as active but are not absent either.

Yes!! My oarents and his dad's parents live here in the same tow with us..he sees them alll the time -
My parents are VERY active in our kids' lives. Unfortunately, DH's parents passed away before we met so they don't have any on that side.
