What’s your plan for your kids on this summer? Will you let them to go for summer camp? If so, will you take into consideration of your child choice or you will choose activities on your own for your child? Plaese share your take on it.

My two older daughters (who will be 10 and 12 by summer) will be going to summer camp. My oldest has gone for the last 2 years (this summer will be 3), but this will be my 10 year old's first time.

They'll be home except while we're on vacation

I'm not sure. I need to start looking into this. She usually does a week of YMCA and a week of Girl Scouts, but this year she said she didn't want to do either. So.... need to find some things for my 13 year old to do. Might check into babysitting and also find C.P.R classes for her.

Not a sleep-away camp. Our older son usually does several day camps in the summer (one week, sometimes two) of an activity he likes: art, tennis, YMCA, etc. He probably won't do a language camp this year.
