Communicating With Your Siblings
As adults, siblings need to deal with one another as just that—adults. Not as the eldest, the baby or the black sheep. The same goes for any other extended family member. You have the power to break the patterns, but it takes work, honesty, and communication. If anyone brings up an old issue, don't engage them. Just observe. Assert yourself; let your intentions be known. Don't cave into the old roles, rivalries or inferiority complexes, which don't honor you as the fulfilled woman you are meant to be.
