How do you encourage your kids to chase their dreams? Do you know what their dreams for the future are?

My son is only 2. I encourage him but telling him how proud of him I am. -
So far the only thing my little one has said he wants to be when he grows up is Joe Flacco. I won't argue that. I wouldn't mind seeing him be a Baltimore Raven. LOL! Although he's really small for his age so I'd actually prefer a Baltimore Oriole because I think baseball is safer on the overall. Oh, these are my dreams, right? *wink* Well whatever he decides he wants to do I will do whatever I can to help him get there. Until then we'll just keep playing baseball and football.

I have always told my children that they can do anything they wanted to in life, IF they worked hard and focused. They know that the only deterents to success is themselves.
