What's for dinner?

I found a new recipe for a meat rub called Dragon Spice.

We rubbed a pork tenderloin down with it and put it in the crock pot with some water.

It's very...fiery! Spicy and good. :) we had rice and stir fry veggies with it.

How do you make the Brussels sprouts? I like to roast mine, but DH likes them with bacon.

I've never had Brussel sprouts. What would you equate their taste to?
