I forgot to post this for some reason....but I've been making lots of these...they freeze well too.
1 box spice or vanilla cake mix
1 15 ounce can pumpkin
bake 350 for 20 minutes.....That's it!
mixture is thick so smooth them out when you fill the liners... You can leave them plain or make a glaze for them..I use canned cream cheese frosting and we'e put sprinkles on them for the holidays. They are really, really yummy!

I make these in cookie form too! Cake mix, 3 tsp of pumpkin spice, 1 cup pumpkin, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup butter...bake about 10 minutes at 350...ice with cream cheese frosting...better than the muffins!
