What changes have you made to get healthy and fit?

What are your goals?

    I'm a fruitarian, I jog and do yoga... I'm fit, healthy and I feel great, so really no goals in this area, lol.

    We eat mostly fruits (sweet and savory). About 90% of my day is fruit and 10% for fresh raw greens and avocado. Occasionally, some raw nuts and seeds.

    My goal is to have lost 50lbs by this time next year... and then next year I want to lose another 50.. slowly but surely is my thoughts.

    I dont eat sweets or drink soda and walk more and go on a lot of bike rides

    No, I'm fit and healthy.  We eat healthy, I workout a lot (and I teach fitness classes).  I do my best to help others with their fitness goals.

    We are pretty good here. Sometimes I fall off the wagon and forget to eat breakfast.

    I watch portions, no pop/sugary drinks, watch salt & fat intake.

    I do Zumba. 

    With those I lost 60 pounds in a year. Maintenance time now :) 

    I am just starting Les Mills Body Combat & CxWorx along with Zumba :)

    I try to cut back on sweets and sugars and try to walk more. I would like to lose 50 to 100 lbs though to fee better. I plan on trying to exercise more outside when it gets warmer again.
