I love doing the TRX workouts in my Thursday morning Tai Chi class. I don't feel sore until about two days after my workout.
TRX is a beast!! I did it a few times! I just did it last week! Showed for a Cardio tone class and we did TRX! I was like cool, we've done it before! But oh man my very 1st time I did it, I was so sore! LOL
No on both. My boys take Karate classes, and their instructor teaches a Tai Chi class that I attend twice a week. Thursday mornings it is usually just me in the class, so we use that class for me to work out. During my Thursday morning work outs my instructor has me working with a system call TRX Rings/Suspension. I can't use them like they are suppose to because both of my feet are disabled to a degree. So my instructor had to think out of the box and developed excerises for me to do either by sitting in a chair or sitting on the ground.
