Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches
October 4, 2012 at 8:35 PM

I LOVE me some pulled pork! :)  This was not the first time we have had it, of course, but it was the first time I made it... It was DELISH!  I cannot wait for leftovers!  I served it with baked beans, corn on the cob and corn bread.  The kids loved it!  I got the recipe from McCormick.com and used their pulled pork seasoning packet to cook it.

Here is the full recipe:

Really?  I LOVE LOVE LOVE pulled pork!  It's one of my favorites! :)  Just apply your recipe to a pork shoulder roast!

I just put butt roast in with 1/2 a 2 litter of root beer. I cook it for 8 hours, pull a part and throw on a BBQ sauce. Easiest thing to make ever.
