Have any of you had to do this? How did it go? Did it end well? Did you have any issues after the fact?
Just curious.
Thanks,
Michelle

For me it was the boss' wife. He tried to play mediator. I made them aware that while she was there, she was not his wife, but his employee, at the same level that I was. No more, no less. I deserved to be treated with respect, and not be undermined, or treated poorly, just because she has mental issues (per his words). I would not tip-toe around her. If that's what he expected he could take the job and shove it up his ass. Things changed. She backed off. Way off. And it became a better place to work without her interference.

Nah. It was much better telling her to fuck off.
I have been blowing her off for about a year and a half now....seems its not working anymore and I am sick of it.
I told the boss...now I am being forced into peer mediation.
Doesnt matter ...I am putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow.
