I buy a lot of produce and plan nmy meals around that, what meat will go with whatever I have. I don't buy much in the grocery anymore, because I have farm to table produce delivered once a week. I can choose what I want or don't want, so it's a little different than many similar plans. It's local produce, so it depends on what's growing. Then I fill in at the store. Last week delivery was persimmons, apples, mangos, green beans, zipper peas, yellow summer squash, cucumbers, butter lettuce, tomatoes, onions, okra, carrots, spinach. So at the store, it was lemons, grapes and mushrooms.
