I make mine from scratch its just so easy, but I do miss using bisquick sometimes

 Mix.  I was always a fan of from scratch.  It's not hard to do and anything from scratch is better.  However my huby just doesn't like pancakes from scratch.  Go figure.  So it's one of the few things I use a mix for.
