i had one for each child.  they are 23 months apart, my MIL threw my 1st and my best friends mom & her threw me the 2nd one.

I had one for my oldest.... but not for my youngest.... if/when DF and I have a baby after we get married I'll have another one though.... there will be too much of an age gap and I got rid of everything baby because I was told I had a 10% chance of ever conceiving again.

I had one after my oldest was born.  Then, 14 yrs later, I had one both at work and a family one for my 2nd.  I didn't have one for my 3rd, even though it was my 1st girl.
