July 23, 2012 at 3:58 PM

‘Power Professional Meets Modern Maven’ -  While you don’t have to wear a skirt and pantyhose every day to look professional, a little touch of formal work attire does relay a more serious message.  Formal work attire can help you be perceived as Reliable, Intelligent, and Thorough.  Shop the look below!

‘Business Casual with a Laid-Back Twist’ -  A more casual work look can still look every bit as professional and put-together as a more formal one, but the right accent pieces are critical.  Polish up Business Casual with a few elegant touches (like a simple blazer and belt) and you’ll be seen as Dynamic, Approachable, and Sharp-minded. The key is to look casual, yet effortlessly pulled-together which is easier said than done!  Fortunately, Kmart has you covered.   Shop the look below!

I think both styles are flattering but there are not too many days when I need to look professional, or at least not in a field that wears blouses and slacks. :-)
