For those who do Weight this ok to do...?

Let me know if this is ok. 

Breakfast:  Cup of coffee with FF light creamer : 0points

Nectarine: 0 points

Banana : 0 points


Big salad full of lettuce, carrots, yellow peppers, tomatoes,cucumbers : 0 points

Hard boil Egg: 2 points

Tbl spoon of ranch: IDK how many points

Is this okay?  I have drank water all day

    Yes, but you need to eat atleast your daily points... Trust the program, i swear it works
    And get in the 'good health guidelines:
    5 servings fruit & veg
    1-2 servings lean proteins
    2 non-fat & low fat dairy
    Whole grains when possible
    5 liquids
    2tsp healthy oils
    And a multivitamin
