what is your favorite recipe for LEFTOVER Holiday foods....Thanksgiving and Christmas foods. OR what do you like to do with your leftovers?

oh come on ladies, we have to have some kind of recipe or you have to enjoy leftovers.....OR am i the only one??

Turkey and ham sandwiches the next day. I have also made turkey pot pie out of the leftover turkey, gravy and veggies.
