Where do you store your bread?
I really wish I had the space for a bread box. I usually just throw my bread on top of the toaster on the counter.
I keep mine in the refrigerator, but that is only because I am battling panty moths really bad and they love bread. I also buy alot and freeze till I need :)
I usually make a loaf every two-four days depending on how fast we eat it. It keeps fine on the counter for the few days it's there. If there is a stale crust or two, I cube and freeze it for stuffing, croutons or french toast casserole.
Just the counter. The fridge stales bread faster than the counter.
