I picked up one of those premade pork roasts. Its onion and garlic. Im wanting to cook it in the crockpot. I have sone carrots and potato's but that's it! How can I make this into a delicious crockpot meal?

Hmm, maybe add some beef stock (you can also add a little corn starch to make the liquid become more of a gravy, or a canned soup of some kind?  Or even better, some wine?

For pork I usually combine chicken and beef broth, turns out really well.
