unless publix has their bakery muffins B1G1, I make them homemade. Typically I make zucchini, pumpkin, chocolate chip or peamut butter banana. tonight i make carrot cake muffins with cream cheese centers.

I like the Krusteez kind, it comes in a bag and you add egg/milk/oil/something or other (can't remember). So I guess that counts as premade.
