EASY & HEALTHY sun dried tomato and pesto pasta!

Hello Ladies,


So it's post-Thanksgiving and back to the healthy habits. I put together a delcious, easy, and super-healthy recipe for you to enjoy. It's also vegan and gluten-free but feel free to substitute it with the ingredients you love!

INGREDIENTS:

*brown rice penne pasta

*sun dried tomatos

*broc

*mushrooms

* 2 cups basil

*1/2 walnuts

*olive oil

*salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

While pasta is cooking, saute broc, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes in a saute pan with a little bit of oil. In a blender or food processor mix together the basil, walnuts, oil, salt and pepper to make the pesto. Once all items are done--mix them together and serve!

    Sounds so good and perfect for me! Ive been trying to find new recipies that fit my diet since I cant have cheese and pasta and stuff but rice is ok so this will be great! Thanks for shareing!
