So it's post-Thanksgiving and back to the healthy habits. I put together a delcious, easy, and super-healthy recipe for you to enjoy. It's also vegan and gluten-free but feel free to substitute it with the ingredients you love!
*brown rice penne pasta
*sun dried tomatos
* 2 cups basil
*salt & pepper
While pasta is cooking, saute broc, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes in a saute pan with a little bit of oil. In a blender or food processor mix together the basil, walnuts, oil, salt and pepper to make the pesto. Once all items are done--mix them together and serve!
