If you're having problems in Farmandia or think you've run into a glitch, please respond to this post and let us know.
When reporting an issue, please give us as much detail as you can about the problem. We need an exact description of what occured and all of the steps you took to make it happen. The more information you can give us, the better! We'll also need to know what browser and version you're using (Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
Please be aware that Farmandia is not made or controlled by CafeMom. We will read and help answer
questions that are posted here when possible, but most reports will be forwarded and handled a third-party.
You can also contact the game provider's Customer Support team to report your issues. To do this, click on the "Help" button above the game, then select "My question is not on this list" to fill out the form.

I had a virus attack my computer will palying Farmania 2 weeks ago and it crashed my husbands computer. So I have not been back since. I am using the computer at the library to send this.

Well 9 times out of 10 farmandia will not load for me. I am thinking of giving up on the game all together.

I just opened up the game and I have a message at the top of my IE browser (same place where it tells you popups have been blocked or you need to upgrade ActiveX controls) that says,
"Internet Explorer has modified this page to help prevent cross-site scripting. Click here for more information."
I googled cross-site scripting and it sounds very bad!

I just bought the mayonaise factory so I could complete the salad oliver craft, but for the past 3 days, the game isn't picking up that i've harvested green peas. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but it's how i earn diamonds. Is there any way you can fix this???

Are you processing your green peas through your pickel factory? You need to send the peas to the pickel factory and then wait about 30 minutes for it to be processed. Then click on your factory to grab it.

I never received the 20 free gems for having a second farm....
It said I would but they never got added. -
I havent had any problems until tonight. Each time I try to open Farmandia, the middle of my screen shows active discussions but I never get my farm. I've tried logging off, going out and then back in, etc. but just can't seem to get onto it tonight. Also, I was just on my farm about 4 or 5 hours ago. Not sure what else to try. May just give up tonight and try tomorrow.

hi nikki, all week my farm has been saying day one of 5 and my gifters keep giving me exactly the same things. i also planted my greenhouses a couple of times and when i come back its all gone???? thanks so much for your awesome helpiness *smirk*

The pigs and rabbits that are shaped like eggs won't let me move them from one farm to the other. (They aren't visible when looking at the expanded view of both farms.)
My daughter bought these and I hate them! Lol. And now I'm stuck with them on my farm #1 which I'm trying to make look like an English garden. They don't really fit. :(
