Mascara perfection!

 Do you ever get your mascara all over your bottom eyelashes and bloches? Try takeing a peice of of clear tap, place it under bottom eyelashes and apply mascara and have the clean look:)

If in a pinch and nothing else is available - try a piece of plastic from a wrapper.  It works too!
