How do you get your daily requirement of calcium? Your food? Supplements?

I need to get some more supplements.

Food
Supplements. Especially important if you use Depo for BC. I do not, but my DD does and we are very careful about that.
Through food. I don't take supplements.
I take calcium supplements and also eat yogurt and some milk.
Food. But maybe there's some in my supplements, too. Who knows? I take so many! LOL
