How do you get your daily requirement of calcium? Your food? Supplements?
I drink almond milk and eat plenty of broccoli... I think I'm doing okay on calcium.

Supplements, but also foods. I get foods that have extra calcium too.
I make sure I drink milk everyday and I also take a supplement.
From food. I do give my youngest a calcium vitamin but that is because he is allergic to dairy and the doc recommended it.
