Any moms that workout or stay fit often on here?
I do. I do yoga, pilates, tai chi, breathing techniques, weight lifting, swimming and cardio.

    I do Zumba and a few other dvds and workouts from youtube.

    I run 3-4 days a week and cross train on my non running days.I lift weights,crunches etc.
