Oh yes! And when to cut your grass, to fix your mailbox, and what color you can paint your house. My HOA isn't bad at all but I have heard of some HOA's who do not allow commercial vehicles to be parked overnight in the driveway. They consider it advertising. LOL

I don't because I just never have...we have one and I've thought about it when i'm outside but forget when I'm doing laundry. I do have a line in our sunroom do hanging delicates to dry. -
We had an hoa at our last house. I knew about the yard and house color. That at least makes sense.
I could see a "no clothes in the front yard" or "no clothing hanging on fences" but banning a regular clothesline in the back yard? Crazy!
